Bill Weaver is the chief executive officer of Benchmark Consulting. He is responsible for managing the company, formulating and executing long-term strategies, and for all interactions with clients, employees, and other stakeholders. As CEO, Bill is our primary decision maker and policy maker, setting the tone for the company's values, ethics and culture. Bill joined Benchmark Consulting in May 2004 with the purpose of combining the latest technology services and Benchmark Consulting's executive level consulting experience to directly enhance time-to-value for our clients. This vision is the culmination of his experience in defining, developing and delivering strategic technology solutions for Fortune 100 companies on a global scale.

Prior to Benchmark Consulting, Bill was a principal for Hewlett-Packard's global services business. As principal, Bill managed a $100 million organization for HP and was responsible for its strategic planning, engagement management and high-level consulting services. His background also includes CEO of World Connex Corporation, a developer of e-commerce and EDI solutions, as well as Harbinger Corporation. Bill holds a B.S. in management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Alain Picard is Benchmark Consulting's Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President of Services. Alain is responsible for leading Benchmark's research and development group and our services organization. Alain brings 25 years of experience working with systems of all size on a multitude of platforms. Alain is one of those rare individual with the vision and understanding of both business and IT and the ability to devise solutions that bring real value to business.

Prior to joining Benchmark, Alain was a founding partner of Castor Technologies and the chief architect responsible for the vision and design of IRIS^TM and the whole concept of model driven modernization. Before that, Alain has used his great business acumen and understanding of technologies to design and architect innovative and ground-breaking solutions for Fortune 25 clients. For many years, Alain has been involved in the development and deployment of business solutions with commerce facilitators (B2B, Internet, EDI, E-Commerce). Alain brings a wealth of professional experience in successfully managing and developing mission critical systems in the retail, financial, transportation and international trade fields.

As Benchmark Consulting's chief financial officer, Shay M. Weaver is responsible for leading our Finance organization, which includes the Corporate Controllership, Treasury, Tax, Corporate Transaction Services, Finance Operations and Strategic Planning & Analysis functions. Shay brings over 15 years financial experience to Benchmark Consulting as our CFO.

Shay has played key roles in Public Accounting, Brokerage, and Capital Management. Her knowledge of insurance and investments helps add value in managing our Human Resources and Employee Benefits programs. Shay has financially managed organizations within various disciplines. Her contributions are a welcomed part of the core team of Benchmark Consulting representing our goals and vision. Shay holds a B.S. in management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a M.B.A. in Finance.

Richard Rector is Benchmark Consulting's executive vice president of sales with responsibility of leading the overall sales organization and client relationship programs. Richard brings to Benchmark Consulting over 30 years of sales experience that includes technology, services and commercial sales.

Prior to joining Benchmark Consulting, Richard held executive sales responsibility with Adea Solutions, a global IT consulting firm. He also served as Sr. Vice President of Sales for Certified Staffing based in Houston, Texas. Richard sits on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Children's Village. He holds a B.B.A. in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of North Texas.
